Patrick ( level II authorised kpjayi) teaches the traditional method of Ashtanga-Yoga, founding his teaching on the fundamental aspect of internal alignment (breath, Bandhas and focus) as well as the proper placement of the body.
According to Patrick, the practice should be like meditation in motion, oblivious to progress, comparisons or goals. He encourages practitioners to cultivate simplicity and humility, calling on them to stay open to anything that might present itself.
