The retreat will represent an opportunity to understand and appreciate one’s own self-healing and physical, mental and emotional self-management skills. Following a scrupulous reading of the body of each participant and in harmony with the pathologies, physiognomies and needs of each, the day will begin with a morning practice of Hatha Yoga of two hours during which the body will be prepared with particular care by retracing the exercises of the Satyananda tradition (Pawanmuktasana series, air-compression release).
In addition to the morning practice there will be four sessions of which two will be dedicated to the T.R.E (Trauma and tension releasing excercises) method and two to Yogic Stretching.
