We are the first to offer guidance after you finish the training.
You will receive a monthly letter with simple and efficient steps to follow to achieve a successful career as a yoga teacher, create a portfolio and find a job, helpful tips for organizing your classes and much more.
Centering and developing awareness with mudra pranala.
Techniques: Asanas, pranayamas, kriyas, chanting, and meditation. This includes both training and practice.
Teaching Methodology:
- Principles of demonstration, observation,
assisting and adjusting, instruction, teaching styles, qualities of a teacher and the student process of learning.
- Anatomy and Physiology: Includes both physical anatomy and physiology, and energy anatomy and physiology.
- Philosophy, Ethics & Lifestyle: Study of Yoga Scriptures (The Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad-Gita, etc.), Yoga ethics and Yogic lifestyle.
Homework: Includes 5-book reports and homework associated with each of the areas of study above.
