Brain health expert Michael C. Patterson and yoga instructor Brandee Goatcher join forces to present an interactive workshop on how to use yoga to improve your brain health and help you to live longer, happier lives.

Wear comfortable clothing and learn simple yoga exercises that will strengthen your body and brain and train your mind to cultivate wellbeing.

Beginners and experts alike will benefit from learning how and why the practice of yoga has the power to enhance the health and wellbeing of important body/brain systems.

Michael C. Patterson, founder and CEO of MINDRAMP Consulting, is a nationally recognized leader in the field of brain health and creative aging. Michael ran the Staying Sharp brain health program for AARP and is the author of the forthcoming book QUALONGEVITY: Better Brains by Design. Michael is a student of yoga.

Brandee Goatcher is the founder and manager of Siesta Yoga and specializes in mindfulness through Hatha yoga. She teaches how to slow down movement until it becomes deliberate, then to apply that attention as you begin to energize and deepen your yoga practice.
