A training where you will learn to teach the primary hot yoga series (26+2), in an intense, challenging, and inspiring training environment, without the associated attachments. You will train in a peaceful place to give you the perfect environment to focus on your yoga practice. This is a true immersion. Alongside lectures, posture mechanics, and teaching clinics you will practice two classes a day - Monday through Friday - and an advanced class on Saturdays. And yet, there will be no time wasted: no day of study will go past 22:30. This program, and the world class teachers that will lead you through it are the perfect way to go deeper with your yoga knowledge, to become a great teacher, and to take your practice to the next level.

Schedule / Line up

Weekdays at TheHotTT are usually 9am-10:00pm and Saturdays are 9am-3pm. Some weekends include special programming for your additional workshops and teaching certificates. Sundays without special programms are optional.

The primary focus of this 500 hour course is to help you become a well balanced Hot Yoga teacher. The curriculum includes posture mechanics, teaching clinics and in-depth lectures. The schedule moves between yoga practice, workshops and theory.

In addition to learning how to teach the Primary Hot Yoga Series (26+2) class you will also complete a Rainbow Kids Teacher Training and an Expanding Light Meditation workshop and Synergy Partner Yoga workshop as part of the course.

Our teaching team includes some of the most experienced and knowledgeable senior teachers from the hot yoga and flow yoga community.

You will learn from them in small intimate groups and receive one-on-one guidance throughout your training.
