Friday, June 12
2:00- 5:00 pm Arrive/check-in, relax by the pool, book a massage
5:30 pm Meet for introductions/review schedule
6:00-7:15 pm Yoga Practice: Slow Flow (relax and de-stress)
7:30 pm Dinner on your own at Guest House
9:00 pm Social hour in the bar (optional)

Saturday, June 13
6:00 Coffee and light breakfast (fruit & yogurt)
7:15-8:45 am Yoga Practice: Vinyasa Flow and pranayama
9:00 am Breakfast (fruit, cereal, eggs, etc)
10:00-12:45 Free Time (pool, massage, take walk, read, meditate, etc)
1:00 pm Lunch (salad bar)
2:00-3:15 pm Yoga Practice: Releasing with Hip Openers
3:30-4:30 Free time
4:30-5:15 pm Guided Meditation (optional)
6:00-7:30 pm Social hour in bar
7:30 pm Dinner
8:30 pm Social hour in bar, meet some local yogis (optional)

Sunday, June 14
6:00 Coffee and light breakfast
7:15-8:30 am Yoga Practice: Heart Openers
9:30 am Breakfast (fruit, cereal, eggs, etc)
11:00-12:00 Check-out and visit shops and local attractions
