Are you completely new to Yoga, don’t know where to start, or already a beginner? Do you want to feel less tired and have more energy in your life? Ashtanga yoga is style of yoga that is known for its high stamina and yet calming side effects.
During these three series, Andrea will teach you the traditional Ashtanga Half Primary Series in 3 easy steps: Sun Salutation A & B, Standing Postures, Seated and Closing Postures. You will learn about the counts and the breath which is the “magical link”. All three classes will end with a deep relaxation.
After this series, you will feel prepared to attend regular classes and continue on your own journey towards a happier and more meaningful life. Attend all or any of the 3 Series. We highly recommend attending all three series. Single class is $20 or use your class packages or memberships. Free Parking.
