TWEENS YOGA 3 Series (Ages 9 - 13)

Tweens will learn the basics of the Ashtanga Vinyasa method as developed by K. Pattabhi Jois. Included will be the basics of Ujjayi Pranayama, the opening Ashtanga chant and a short meditation practice.


Session 1 - Sun Salutations A and B

Session 2 - Basic Standing Postures of Primary Series

Session 3 - Closing Sequence


Drop-in $16 or use your class package. Free Parking.
