This 3 class series is OPEN TO ANYONE but will be especially beneficial for those over 50. The emphasis will will be on an adequate warm-up, healthy alignment in carefully chosen postures and the use of yoga props when needed....

Drop-in $20 or use your class packages/memberships. Attend all or any of the 3 series. Free Parking.
