Workshop - BEGINNERS 3 Series with Susan Manchester
Description
This three session Beginner Yoga Series is recommended for new yoga students. The Beginner series is designed for a variety of ages and physical abilities.
Susan will introduce students to basic yoga poses & alignment, breathing techniques, and relaxation techniques. The series will further prepare students to enter general classes.
