Warming Vinyasa Flow Yoga Day.

Starting with creative Surya Namaskar sequences, you will experience working sweetly, warmly and very precisely into a flow of standing and balancing asanas, incorporating pranayama, holding the asanas to generate esoteric alignment, and in turn cultivating a steady, joyful connection to the earth through the feet.

Learn how to balance strength and ease in the lower body working with the four layers of core strength, then opening the hip flexors, hamstrings and hips – to allow the energy around the lower three chakras to become balanced, strong and rooted. The workshop concludes with a breakdown of quietening inversions. This flow practice will gently nurture the legs, lower back and core into a place of warmth and space.
