Workshop - Yoga Therapy for Sahasrara (Crown) Chakra - Connect with the Infinite and Integration of the 7 Chakras

Description

As we journey to the crown, we move beyond the elements and the koshas and into the realm of infinite possibilities. This is the space without boundaries and our complete union and oneness. As we complete our journey, we’ll take time to go back through each of the chakras taking time to honor how far we’ve come in our journey and to gauge areas that need greater attention and development. We will use tools and techniques from Integrative Yoga Therapy.
This workshop will include short lecture, body awareness exercises, yoga poses, mudras, meditation and more. This workshop is open to those taking the whole series as well as those who want to take individual workshops along the way.
