Ever wonder why our intentions never stick? Do you get motivated for positive change only to find yourself stuck in the same rut? This workshop introduces the fabulous practice of creating a Sankalpa, or firm resolve, to help you break old, unhealthy habits and move towards balance and well being. Learn about ancient and time-tested yoga psychology and techniques such as understanding how impressions work on our subconscious that create limitations. Then be guided through simple yet effective meditation and breathing exercises to increase prana in the body to leave you feeling energized and optimistic!

Each student will work in groups as well as receive individual guidance as they create their new Sankalpa. Come away with a new purpose, drive and personal power for positive change!
