Our Super Sequencing Level 2 Intensive will elevate your teaching through the cultivation of your daily Sadhana with an emphasis on the lineage of Vinyasa Krama and a progressive movement toward the Divine. The day will start with a dose of soulful and dynamic Lotus Flow. In the afternoons we will delve more deeply into the ingredients of a Lotus Flow practice and explore how they come together to create an integrated offering.
