Whirl like a dervish and set yourself free in 50 hours devoted to the innovative, inspiring and deeply soulful art of Lotus Flow.

Our Super Sequencing Level 1 Intensive will focus on the architecture of Lotus Flow and the art of setting up the flow to set it free, both in the room and on your own mat. Each day will begin with the study and practice of the physical and spiritual elements of Lotus Flow. The afternoons will focus on components of yoga’s timeless philosophy as it applies to sequencing and playful and interactive lectures on the use of creativity, music, movement, rhythm and mantra in your classes.
