Each day will begin with the study and practice of the physical elements of Lotus FLY. The afternoons will focus on playful partnering and interactive lectures designed to help you to teach your students how to approach their inversion practice in a creative and safe way. No matter where you are in your relationship with going upside down, our time together will transform your practice, allow you to experience the world through a bold new perspective and give you the wings to FLY.
