We will explore the heat and wonder of forward bends as we dive inside. The Winter is a season to look inside. Shorter days are given to us so we can stay indoors, go inside and find inspiration within. In the Winter we Prepare ourselves for the new year and new beginnings. By opening your back body you align your organs in a way that will help heal align not only your body, but also your mind. As your Organs realign themselves, so does the natural balance and chemistry of the body. Get ready to heat your body through a mindful and fiery flow that will help bring you deep into the depths of wanting to look inside and find clarity and inspiration.
