Workshop - 3 Week Absolute Beginner Series

Description

This three week series is open to beginners as well as those who wish to reconnect with the flow and fundamentals of yoga. Learn sun salutations, warrior poses, balancing poses, back bends, twists and forward bends. Build strength and flexibility. You will also get an introduction to yoga philosophy, yogic breathing and meditation. These classes build on each other, creating an awesome foundation from which you can spring into a Lotus Flow 1, our Basics class.
