Our mission is to offer a comprehensive yoga teacher training program that provides teachers the knowledge, guidance, and capacity to instruct with true wisdom and integrity. We provide an interdisciplinary approach to yoga with lead teachers from the Iyengar and Ashtanga traditions as well as guest teachers from many modern disciplines.

Weekend Course, January 24 – April 13, 2014
(No Classes Feb 21-23)
Fridays 6-9pm, Saturdays 10-6pm and Sundays 10-5pm
