The Practice Room

The Practice Room Center for Yoga and Healing, located in Meredith, NH, is dedicated to each individual, novice to adept, who walks through the door. This Center is about you. At The Practice Room we are committed to the understanding that through conscious intention and the discipline of practice, whole health, healing and transformation are possible. In addition to yoga, the Center offers a variety of classes, workshops and healing therapies for mind, body and soul. Our studio is equipped with two large instructional rooms, four treatment rooms, bathrooms, and a community kitchen with free WiFi.
