Lauren Chalas

Each of my classes features a creative asana sequence matched with the rhythm of your breath. Verbal alignment cues and hands-on assists and adjustments help you deepen each pose.

During more vigorous practices, we’ll use repetition to move faster through the sequence until the class culminates in an expressive, dance-like flow.

Every class ends with a cool-down period of stretching, followed by Thai yoga massage-style adjustments during a relaxing savasana.
