“If energetic asana practice is the only thing that comes to mind when you think about Ashtanga Yoga, then this course will help you find its’ meditative nature which will enrich your practices and enable you to understand it better. You will learn Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as the traditional counted method used by Pattabhi Jois and therefore pave a way for a better self-understanding. By discussing the vinyasa, understood as movement coordinated with breath you will learn how to practice fluidly and enjoy every asana. Meanwhile, the technical tips regarding the way to perform every position from the Primary Series will allow you to do them in a safe way and avoid injury. During our courses everyone is treated individually to ensure that every participant receives pointers which will deepen the comprehension of their yoga practice. Our courses are dedicated for every person interested in Ashtanga Yoga, regardless of their experience level. The courses include theoretical and practical parts.”
